This live, hands-on workshop introduces licensed massage therapists to the foundational principles of Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) for the neck and shoulders. You will learn soft-tissue assessment, trigger point applications, myofascial release, and stretching protocols designed to reduce pain and improve mobility. This is a beginner-friendly course perfect for therapists who want to refine their clinical skills and build confidence treating common neck and shoulder dysfunctions.
🔹 Learner Objectives
By the end of this 12-hour course, participants will be able to:
Understand the principles and concepts of Neuromuscular Therapy for neck and shoulder dysfunctions.
Perform foundational assessment techniques, including ROM testing, postural analysis, and muscle palpation.
Identify and treat common trigger points affecting the cervical and shoulder region.
Apply beginner myofascial release techniques safely and effectively.
Integrate stretching protocols for clients with mobility restriction.
Create safe and appropriate treatment plans for clients with neck and shoulder pain.
